The Board Members are pleased to present the approved financial report of Triathlon New Zealand Incorporated for year ended
31 December 2025.
The Board and Management accept responsibility for the preparation of the financial statements and judgement used in them,
and hereby adopt the financial statements as presented. They also accept the responsibility for establishing and maintaining a
system of internal control designed to provide reasonable assurance as to the integrity and reliability of financial reporting. In
the opinion of the Board and Management, the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 fairly reflect the
service performance financial position, financial performance and cash flows of Triathlon New Zealand Incorporated.
